Saad was selected by Engineers Australia as one of the Top 30 Most Innovative Engineers in Australia in 2019.

His experience spans Rail (Passenger & Freight), alternate fuel (Hydrogen) and Automotive technology, allowing him to lead large Engineering and Asset Management teams, set business wide Asset Management strategies, forge industry & academia partnerships, and introduce innovation.

Owen is a Strategic Asset Management specialist with extensive experience applying industry best practices in Asset Management and organisational change to develop, plan and implement foundational Asset Management capability and culture.
This includes developing Asset Management maturity programmes, achieving ISO55001 certification and integrating structured approaches for operationalising data analytics within the Australian Rail industry & the Royal Australian Navy.

Ben has led Asset Strategy development across Europe and Australia in Transport and Defence sectors.
Having experience in both Private and Public companies (Network Rail UK, European Rail Infrastructure Manager, AECOM, Sydney Trains, Pacific National and Downer), Ben has developed expertise with Asset Operators, Asset Owners and Professional Services Providers. He has delivered Innovation and Asset Management step changes to Critical Infrastructure and Transport Assets.
